I have been coming to Dr. thad since July 2009. On my first visit I wasn't able to turn my neck from side to side and couldn't stand without my back giving me a lot of pain. I starte coming several times a week. I began feeling much better and had movement in my neck and back. It has now been six months and I am feeling great. I can actually turn my neck and look behind my now. I am very thankful a friend recommended Dr. Thad to me. Not only is he a very nice and friendly person, had has helped me out tremendously. I was diagnosed with scoliosis in seventh grade and did nothing about it until I was a senior in college. While I had scoliosis I felt like my upper back was always tight and it always made my posture really bad because slouching was the most comfortable position. I continually popped my back to temporarily relieve the pain, but it only harmed me in the long run. Soon it hurt to buckle my seat belt, sleep on my side, sit through class, and check my blind spot while driving. I decided to finally see a chiropractor after my pain started interfering with my daily life. I visited with Dr. Schneider and felt really comfortable with him after discussing my problem. Together, we planned out my future visits and plan of action. I really liked how Dr. Schneider did what was best for my back, instead of just popping it every time I visited. I am extremely satisfied with the progress I have made and now I don't have daily pain in my back. I suffered from visual disturbances, including blurred and blocking out of vision along with upper back, and shoulder pain for eight years prior to seeing Dr. Hatesohl. I visited many doctors with no positive results. I had eye surgery for a detached retina with no success. I saw Chiropractors in Lawrence and Washington. I was laying and sleeping on the floor trying to find comfort. After neck adjustment there were dramatic and immediate results! I endured over six months of blurred vision and a sore, stiff neck and upper back pain which made it difficult for me to sleep, turn my head, and lift my arms. I took Tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain. Dr. Hatesohl took the time to figure exactly where the problem was and he treated with hot pack and muscle stimulation before any adjusting. I experienced low back deteriorating disc disease and bulging disc, with cervical spine pain for months. I went to an MD for and MRI and found no relief. I took Tylenol and Ibuprofen and still was unable to perform my regular job. I also tried physical therapy and massages. I went to Dr. Hatesohl and he treated me with adjustment, acupuncture and the waterbed. I am able to work most of the day now with pain relievers.
